Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments to ensure sound lending decisions and minimize risk exposure.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of bank products, processes, and systems to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather accurate and detailed client information and provide expert advice on creditworthiness.
- Prepare and present credit proposals and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our banking services.
- Negotiate transactions with clients and provide deal structuring expertise to maximize penetration and returns.
- Oversee the preparation of lending proposals, pitches, and credit correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Develop and maintain financial models and analytical tools to assist clients in evaluating capital structure and making informed business decisions.
- Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to provide insights and trends in client markets.
- Stay up-to-date on financing trends and market developments, communicating key findings to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in the development of operational programs and initiatives to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.
