Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Pita Pit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
  • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels and ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, quality, and presentation.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling and rostering systems to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with our management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
