About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator - Production Line Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production of our snack products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production line equipment, including machinery and systems, to meet business needs and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with production line equipment and machinery preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

This position is located in a food manufacturing plant environment, and you will be exposed to noise, raw materials, and variable temperatures. Personal protective equipment is required, including protective footwear and hearing protection. A company-mandated uniform is also required.
