Position Overview: In the role of Sales Director for Unitron Canada, you will spearhead the sales strategy for the Unitron Canada entity. Your extensive background in sales, marketing, and leadership will be pivotal in ensuring that the Unitron brand is equipped with the necessary resources to meet its business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide, nurture, and empower the Unitron sales team to meet organizational objectives.
  • Craft and implement sales and marketing strategies for the Unitron brand in partnership with essential stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative culture with other departments and brands within the Canadian organization.
  • Formulate a strategic plan aimed at expanding the Unitron business and brand presence in the Canadian market, aligning with sales, marketing, and profitability goals.
  • Evaluate departmental performance against established targets to ensure progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Act as a representative of the organization, building and nurturing relationships with customers, industry partners, and key suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director of Sonova Canada to ensure strategic alignment across all brands in the Canadian market.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the annual business plan.

Qualifications:

  • Over 15 years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, and management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales success in a complex and evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing and engaged teams.
  • Sales, marketing, and leadership experience should be rooted in a B2B context.
  • Background in healthcare through related markets that distribute industrial med-tech products to retail.
  • Proactive, hands-on, performance-driven individual with exceptional analytical and conceptual skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Sound business acumen informed by practical experience and objective reasoning, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Consistent history of delivering results, even in challenging circumstances.
  • Adaptability in dynamic and growth-oriented environments.
