About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team at T S V Iron works Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality results.
  • Operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Determine the weldability of materials and select the appropriate welding process.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
