- Develop, execute, and evaluate the Quality Assurance System in alignment with corporate and industry benchmarks
- Present findings on the efficacy of the Quality Assurance System during management discussions
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and certification obligations
- Aid in the execution of the Customer Satisfaction Management Process
- Perform Quality Assurance activities for new initiatives and expansions
- Promote Continuous Improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Deliver training on Quality Assurance subjects to staff members
- Tackle a variety of challenges with diverse scopes
- Exercise judgment within established guidelines and policies
- Potentially lead Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Foster Diversity & Inclusion within the workplace
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of experience in Operational Management
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management or Process Enhancement
- Comfortable interacting with senior management
- Demonstrates decision-making quality and managerial confidence
- Builds and nurtures effective teams
- Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and Internal Audit/Corrective Action Systems software
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (Preferred)
