Position Overview
- Reporting to one of our SAP Team Managers, the SAP Logistics Business Consultant plays a vital role within the SAP Logistics division. You will be instrumental in advising our clients on warehouse and transportation management strategies.
- As a recognized authority in SAP logistics solutions, you will have the ability to design and enhance processes on S/4HANA tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client. You will lead throughout all phases of projects, including integration with Financial modules. In your team, you will offer training, support, and mentorship to your peers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging in the assessment of client requirements to recommend and implement SAP solutions that align with their logistics and supply chain operations.
- Serving as a specialist in warehouse management (EWM) and transportation management (TM) for clients, colleagues, and internal initiatives, including sales processes.
- Working collaboratively with finance, technical, project management teams, and clients to ensure seamless integration of the solutions developed.
- Providing fundamental technical assistance to project teams during the implementation phase.
- Guiding junior or intermediate consultants and facilitating their training on various projects.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP project execution as a functional consultant in logistics, with recognized expertise in EWM and TM modules.
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, and operations within complex global manufacturing environments.
- Successfully completed multiple end-to-end S/4HANA projects as a functional logistics advisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations and Logistics Management or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English to engage with clients across Canada.
