We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Office Analyst to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our IT workforce planning team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our IT workforce, tracking resources, and enhancing space planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute comprehensive IT workforce planning analyses, considering current and future staffing needs, skill requirements, and alignment with IT and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to develop and maintain accurate workforce tracking systems, ensuring real-time, reliable data for effective decision-making.
  • Engage in IT-focused space planning activities, evaluating workspace utilization, and recommending improvements for optimal efficiency and collaboration.
  • Generate IT-centric reports and present key findings to stakeholders, offering insights into IT workforce trends, space utilization, and actionable recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with IT and cross-functional teams to understand departmental needs and align workforce and space planning strategies with IT project timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in IT workforce planning and space management within the IT industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights within an IT context.
  • Proficient in using workforce management tools and software with a specific emphasis on IT-related platforms, such as SAP, Workday, Success Factor, Oracle, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with HR, IT professionals, and other stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis within an IT framework.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving IT work environment.
