Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Consultant to architect, develop, and deploy automated testing solutions for our software products. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in software testing, automation frameworks, and system architecture, along with hands-on experience in Tricentis Tosca and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks and solutions.
  2. Create and maintain automated testing scripts and tools utilizing Tricentis Tosca and Selenium.
  3. Collaborate with development teams to ascertain testing requirements.
  4. Formulate and execute automated testing plans and scripts.
  5. Diagnose and resolve issues related to automated testing.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology.
  7. Guide and mentor team members on best practices in automated testing across various technology stacks, including web UI, mainframe, API, Salesforce, and desktop applications.
Qualifications:
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and automation.
  2. In-depth knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium and Appium.
  3. Proficiency in Tricentis Tosca.
  4. Certifications in Tosca AS1 & AS2, TDS1 & TDS2 are mandatory.
  5. Desirable certifications include Tosca AE1 & AE2 TA 1.
  6. Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines, such as Jenkins and GitLab.
  7. Strong grasp of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  8. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  10. Familiarity with GitHub and Bitbucket.
  11. Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca, including:
    1. Model-based test automation.
    2. Test data management.
    3. Service virtualization.
    4. Integration with CI/CD pipelines.
