Key Responsibilities
  • Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and coordinate the creation of significant departments and related senior staff roles.
  • Set objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and initiatives.
  • Act as the organization's representative, or appoint delegates to represent the organization in negotiations or official functions.
