About the Role:

As a Back of House Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our retail operation. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Front of House associates in fulfilling customer requests
  • Leading day-to-day operations of the stockroom, ensuring accurate labelling, logical placement, and cleanliness
  • Contributing to the profitability of the retail operation by accurately receiving, handling, and managing inventory
  • Managing end-to-end daily e-commerce sales, including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders
  • Communicating with customer service and stores via Slack channels and email
  • Reducing store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem-solving issues
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience required
  • Experience with Shopify platform beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and task-oriented
