At Warner Media, LLC., we're on a mission to bring our iconic content and beloved brands to life. As a Senior Android Developer, you'll be part of a high-performing global team that's pushing the boundaries of technology, streaming, and entertainment.

About the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior Android Developer to join our Android team. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to build exciting new features, fix bugs, and tackle technical debt. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive key initiatives, develop a high-performance streaming application, and work with geographically dispersed engineers to deliver critical projects and new app architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and technical debt
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to complex problems
  • Contribute to the development of our Android platform apps, including Android mobile, Android Auto, Android TV, and Amazon's Fire family
Requirements
  • BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in Android app development, with production experience with Kotlin a plus
  • Strong coding skills, great attitude, and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of key design and architectural patterns, such as MVVM, MVI, and SOLID principles
  • Knowledge of development best practices, including coding guidelines
