Shift Manager

Om Sai Food Inc. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure that food preparation and presentation meet quality control standards
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Our cafeteria is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
