About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, ensuring high-quality products meet our established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet treats.
  • Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet customer demands.
  • Ensure all products meet our quality standards, inspecting kitchen and food service areas regularly.
  • Operate machinery and maintain inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with dietary restrictions and address customer complaints in a professional manner.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be standing for extended periods, walking, and bending to meet the demands of the role.

Requirements
  • Experience in a bakery or food service environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to meet the demands of the role.
