About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at HS Custom Homes Inc. as we continue to build high-quality residential homes in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and operate equipment such as moles, concrete saws, and tuggers.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The successful candidate will be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads, work in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure.
  • Equipment Experience: Experience with equipment such as moles, concrete saws, tuggers, chippers, jackhammers, air compressors, air guns, nail guns, drills, augers, sledgehammers, and hand tools.
  • Transportation: Own transportation is required.
  • Personal Qualities: Dependability, flexibility, reliability, team player, and hardworking.
