Key Responsibilities
  • Filling hollows and removing spots on freshly poured cement
  • Leveling top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification

  • Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Applying hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces
  • Waterproofing, damp proofing, and restoring surfaces
  • Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Estimating costs and materials
Requirements
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and attention to detail
  • Accurate, client-focused, flexible, and team-oriented individual
  • Permanent work term with 35-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dusty, hot, and outdoors environment at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.

Work Setting

The Mason will work in commercial, residential, and various locations, including sidewalks and curbs.
