V4U LOGISTIC INC. is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and providing technical advice to team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Team Management: Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure smooth operation of accounting equipment, including computers and software.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, organized, and team player.
