As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our project teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the project team and assisting the on-site project accountant.
  • Collaborating with project managers in reviewing client reports and generating comprehensive project reports.
  • Compiling reports that meet EllisDon's high standards.
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and courteously.
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and distributing them effectively.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, resource room schedules, spreadsheets, and training materials.

Are you a good fit for this role?

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration within the construction industry or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Construction site experience and a solid understanding of the construction process.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Interest and knowledge of the construction industry are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with construction terminology is a plus.
