Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Superfresh Logistics Network Inc.
Job Summary:The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, products, and services from point of origin to point of consumption. This includes coordinating with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
- Develop and implement plans to optimize logistics operations
- Organize and track work orders, shipments, and inventory
- Coordinate activities with warehouse, production, and transportation units
- Provide customer service and resolve issues related to logistics operations
- Compile and maintain reports on logistics operations and performance
- Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
- 2 years of experience in logistics or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dispatch management software and other logistics tools
