Job Title: Industrial Machine Assembler

At IMW Industries dba Clean Energy, we are seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing industrial equipment to the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Job Summary:

The Industrial Machine Assembler will work closely with our production team to assemble and test industrial equipment, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and reliability. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test industrial equipment to ensure quality and reliability
  • Follow proper detailing procedures and work instructions
  • Use sandblasters, drills, and other equipment safely and effectively
  • Read tape measures to the closest 1/16" and fill out check sheets accurately
  • Ensure quality of work by showing attention to detail and identifying areas for improvement
  • Clock in and out of work orders and report completed work to the Foreman
  • Track and allocate materials to each job for costing purposes
  • Maintain a safe work environment within the department and on each job
  • Identify areas for improvement and use non-conformance reports
  • Know and understand workplace health and safety rights and responsibilities
  • Follow safe work procedures and act safely in the workplace at all times
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent experience
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
