Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead complex projects for Fitness World, a next-level Fitness and Wellness company. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, managing, and planning projects across various departments, including IT, sales, and marketing. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
  • At least five years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
