Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at VIACON MASONRY INC.

Job Summary:

The Construction Labourer will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling scaffolding, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials
  • Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, and other construction equipment
  • Mixing and pouring concrete and asphalt
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Paving and raking asphalt
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Performing routine maintenance work
  • Removing rubble and debris from construction sites
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in construction or a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity
Work Environment:

The Construction Labourer will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
