About the Role

Xtract One is seeking a seasoned Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable machine learning models that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning solutions that meet business objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain high-quality, reusable code using Python and other relevant programming languages.
  3. Drive the machine learning development lifecycle, ensuring data pipelines are reliable, and models are scalable and secure.
  4. Define and enforce machine learning architectures and design standards.
  5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.
  6. Establish and enforce best practices in data reliability, ML development, code quality, and testing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a similar role using Python and other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent understanding of software development best practices, including version control, agile, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • Extensive experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or onnx.
  • Experience with database systems (SQL or NoSQL) and edge computing.
  • Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP would be a plus.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with a track record of developing team members.
  • Deep knowledge of version control systems and software design principles.
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex and scalable machine learning solutions.
