We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Twin Star Cleaning Services as a Cleaning Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
- Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stocking and Supply Management: Stock linen closets and manage cleaning supplies.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
