As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers in a timely manner.
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Experience
      • Experience is an asset, but not required.
    • Work Environment
      • Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
      • Work under pressure to meet customer demands and deadlines.

      • Reliability and ability to work as a team player.
