Job Summary

Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Regulatory Affairs Operations Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and functional regulatory leadership across our Canadian business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operation of the Regulatory Operations team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement compliant strategies to support business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize Nestle's Regulatory Operations.
  • Lead the preparation of the Annual Summary Report for adverse events.
  • Manage change control processes for labelling and material changes.
  • Develop and implement Regulatory SOPs and systems to track and manage technical tasks.
  • Perform risk assessments and recommendations for deviations.
  • Communicate challenges to internal and external partners and bring solutions to mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • Solid scientific background and knowledge of/experience with the regulation of Natural Health Products (NHPs).
  • Progressive experience in regulatory affairs, regulatory compliance, natural health products, quality assurance, NHP and food labeling, or product development.
  • Recognized leadership skills and successful line management with direct and indirect reports.
  • Expert knowledge of Regulatory Affairs in both policy and technical practice for natural health products (NHPs), food for special dietary use (FSDU), infant formula, and/or drug (OTC/Rx).
  • Knowledge of and/or experience in the scientific, clinical, and regulatory context of product development, commercialization, and marketing of natural health products and highly regulated food in Canada.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
