Your Role:- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Monitor client progress closely, providing ongoing evaluation and adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.
- Utilize outcome measurement tools to track client progress and demonstrate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
- Collaborate effectively with referral sources, stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Embrace a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in physiotherapy practice.
- Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists is required.
- A graduate degree from a recognized university Physiotherapy program.
- ADP authorization is considered an asset.
- A valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
- Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance.
The successful candidate will be required to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
