About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Expert to join our growing Data Analytics team at System1. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and developing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models to forecast business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and develop strategies to leverage data assets.
  • Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor junior data analysts and team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science).
  • 8+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization of large data sets.
  • Subject matter expertise in applicable modeling and statistical techniques for analysis of complex business problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including Jupyter notebooks and frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
  • Subject matter expertise in industry-standard KPIs (CPA, CPC, ROAS, etc.) and experience establishing new KPIs and success metrics for new problems initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to communicate proactively with leaders at all levels of the business.
  • Subject matter expertise with systems like Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS, or similar data storage tools and how to optimize usage and efficiency for analytic solutions.
  • Subject matter expertise in data visualization, using tools like Tableau, PowerBI or others to explain & deliver insights to all levels of the business.
  • Strong technical ability to self-serve data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, etc.) and combine data sets to power models and results.
