Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the scaffolding sector. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid certification from an accredited Scaffolding Training Provider, complemented by extensive experience in the field, which may include public, private, union, or association training.
- Proven experience in scaffolding operations within industrial environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wage of $48.66 in accordance with the Howe Sound Labour Agreement.
- Overtime pay is provided as per the Howe Sound Labour Agreement.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including extended health and dental coverage, as well as a pension plan.
