Job Title: Computer-Assisted Drafting

We are seeking a skilled Computer-Assisted Drafting professional to join our team at Asem Engineering Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, developing and preparing design sketches, and writing specifications. They will also complete documentation packages and drawing sets, examine drawings for conformity and errors, and possess strong computer-aided design (CAD) skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using CAD software
  • Develop and prepare design sketches and specifications
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets
  • Examine drawings for conformity and errors
  • Utilize CAD software to create accurate and detailed designs
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
