Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technical Assistant to join our team at Michael Attia Pharmacien Inc. As a Pharmacy Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and preparing medications for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Management: Ensure the accuracy of prescription information, including client details and medication instructions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Client Service: Prepare medications for clients, compound and package pharmaceutical products, and bill third-party insurers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate prescription records and inventory logs.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Certifications: Pharmacy Technician Certification is required.
  • Language: Bilingual (English and French) is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
