Job Summary:

The Director of Operations is a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. This role requires a strong leader who can manage and direct large teams, develop and implement operational strategies, and ensure the company's objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct large teams to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with division managers to develop leadership staff and improve project management skills
  • Manage cost controls and participate in budget planning
  • Host meetings with team members to achieve short- and long-term goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement plans for new builds and renovations
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for large events
  • Ensure excellent communication and customer service skills

Requirements:

  • Management experience of large teams
  • Understanding of facility or warehouse management
  • Understanding of fleet management and vehicle compliance
  • Project management experience
  • Business management degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, delegation, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Ability to understand both logistical and customer service aspects of our business
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Working Hours: 40-50 hours per week, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
