Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients, families, and healthcare teams. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and high-quality care.

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from an approved educational institution and successful completion of an approved dietetic internship program. Current registration in the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC is also required.
