Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates

Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure the financial sustainability of our food service operations.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain Records

Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.

Prepare Reports

Compile and submit regular reports on food service operations to management.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a food service role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
