Job Title: Logistics Engineering Analyst

Le Groupe Master is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Engineering Analyst to join our team in Boucherville, Quebec. As a key member of our Eastern Region Distribution Centre, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and cost reduction within the Distribution Centre and network.
  • Execute a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with our goals.
  • Conduct process analysis and optimization using lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop standardized processes and best-in-class operational procedures.
  • Develop performance metrics and KPIs to measure efficiency and track progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a Distribution Centre or logistics environment.
  • Proven experience in process improvement using lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, PowerBI, Alteryx required).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
