About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our team at Tirath Dha. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to infants and children in a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding children, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary requirements and allergies.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, establishing a soothing and calming atmosphere.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Transport children to and from school and appointments, using company-provided vehicles or public transportation.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing emotional support and guidance.
  • Assist children with homework, promoting their academic development and interests.
  • Work collaboratively with other childcare staff to ensure seamless care and education.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train and develop skills in childcare and education.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
