Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Quality Analyst to support our high-profile unemployment insurance modernization and decommissioning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and facilitate requirements sessions.
  • Deliver quality assurance and testing expertise to ensure system functionality meets requirements.
  • Support Agile methodologies and work collaboratively with a talented team.
  • Develop and execute test plans, identify and develop necessary test data, and train staff on system functionality.
  • Report on project progress and provide insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in business analysis and testing.
  • 5 years of experience in training staff on system functionality.
  • 5 years of experience in reporting on project progress.
  • 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting projects.
