Job Overview:
The French Program and Camp Site Coordinator will be responsible for creating and refining educational programs focused on sports, science, and sustainability in the French language. This role involves overseeing the execution of various activities while ensuring a supportive environment for youth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and enhance curriculums related to sports, science, and sustainability in French.
- Supervise program delivery, offering guidance to participants and managing activities effectively.
- Provide clear and constructive instructions to support staff and instructors.
- Review and monitor weekly lesson plans, offering feedback to enhance instructional quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and the upkeep of maintenance programs.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in French is essential.
- A university degree is preferred.
- Experience working with children is required.
- A background in science, technology, or athletics is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are necessary.
- An interest in educational philosophy is beneficial.
- A valid police check and first aid training are mandatory.
