The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Theatre Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for effectively managing the day-to-day operations of our theatre, including:
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our theatre facilities, ensuring a safe and clean environment for our guests and cast.
- Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement and inventory of supplies, services, and equipment, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Cast Management: Lead and develop our cast, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Guest Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring our guests feel valued and appreciated.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgets, targets, and results, ensuring financial stability and growth.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a related industry, with a focus on guest service, retail, or hospitality.
- Post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven track record in people management, facilities maintenance, and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
