Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant, Senior Java Developer to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply that knowledge to improve our solutions.
Requirements:
  • BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
