We are seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at pt Health Stratford Physiotherapy. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
- Provide hands-on manipulation to patients to help decrease pain and improve mobility.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Work collaboratively with other rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Registration with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
- Experience treating clients in an outpatient setting is a strong asset.
- An interest in a treatment-based approach and complex injuries.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development.
