Psychoeducator Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to fulfill the role of Psychoeducator at CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal. Our organization comprises a diverse group of professionals committed to enhancing the health and quality of life for individuals in our care.

The Psychoeducator is responsible for assessing adaptive challenges and strengths, formulating intervention strategies, and fostering the development of adaptive skills. This role plays a crucial part in establishing favorable conditions for individuals to thrive in their environments. Additionally, the Psychoeducator will design, revise, analyze, and assess rehabilitation programs tailored to our clients' needs.

At CIUSSS du Centre-Ouest-de-l'Île-de-Montréal, you will engage with a variety of client demographics, including those with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and individuals requiring support from family medicine groups, child protection services, mental health and addiction services, as well as home care assistance.

• A master's degree in psychoeducation is required.
