About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced President to lead Regent College in its mission to provide exceptional higher education. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the college, ensuring its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Governance
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the college, aligning with its mission and vision.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of college policies and procedures.
    • Ensure effective governance and decision-making processes.
  • Operational Management
    • Manage the college's operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.
    • Ensure the college's facilities and infrastructure are maintained to a high standard.
  • Academic Excellence
    • Oversee the development and implementation of academic programs and policies.
    • Ensure the college's academic standards are maintained and improved.
    • Support the development of faculty and staff.
  • Community Engagement
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and community partners.
    • Oversee the development and implementation of community engagement strategies.
    • Ensure the college's reputation is maintained and enhanced.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role in higher education.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strategic leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
