Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Long-Term Care. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents, including administering medications, completing assessments, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe and respectful nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and complete RAI-MDS assessments
  • Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Support residents with complex or unpredictable outcomes
  • Participate in creating a healthy and happy aging environment
Requirements:
  • Graduated from a recognized program for Practical Nurses
  • Registered and in good standing with BCCNM
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
