Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commission Administrator to join our team at Foresters Financial. As a Commission Administrator, you will be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly commission runs and reports, performing compensation adjustments based on policy changes, and ensuring commissions are paid out correctly and investigating any inconsistencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process commission payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform data entry and record-keeping tasks related to commission payments
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to commission payments
  • Provide commission information to internal and external contacts as requested
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely commission payments
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
