The Role

• Develop comprehensive training materials in various media formats, adhering to established guidelines and best practices.
• Design and develop training content for classroom delivery, computer-based training, video, and instructor-led training, utilizing actual or simulated equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic artists, and other stakeholders to create engaging computer-aided instruction (CAI) and mediated interactive lecture lessons.
• Work independently or with team members and customers to validate training materials and ensure quality.

Your Profile

• Relevant diploma from a trade/technical school and 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of a Learning Content Management System (LCMS).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English are mandatory.
• Ability to create and update a wide variety of media using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
• Canadian Level II NATO Secret Security Clearance.
• CAE employees must meet the requirements of the Canada Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and, in certain cases, ITAR requirements.
• Eligibility to work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or with a valid Work Permit.
