Academic Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at the University of Toronto. As a member of our faculty, you will be responsible for providing exemplary patient-centered care and participating in the undergraduate and postgraduate teaching programs of the University.

The successful candidate will be committed to a career in emergency medicine and will have demonstrated academic excellence through teaching and/or research nominations and awards, secured research grants, publications in leading journals, presentations at significant conferences, and creative professional activity with evident impact and renown.

The ideal candidate will hold an MD degree, be eligible for certification in the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Emergency Medicine, and have, or be eligible for, licensure in Ontario.

Applications will be accepted until the positions are filled. We welcome applications from qualified candidates who are committed to a career in academic emergency medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care in emergency medicine
