• Program Development: Plan and implement engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
• Child Care: Provide high-quality care and supervision to children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to achieve common goals and provide a cohesive learning environment.
• Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

• Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a childcare setting.
• Skills: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
