Argus Properties is seeking a dedicated individual to fulfill the role of Public Area Attendant. This position is essential in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Public Area Attendant, you will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Upholding a professional appearance by wearing a clean uniform and name tag.
  • Arriving punctually for your scheduled shifts.
  • Executing comprehensive cleaning duties across various areas, including:
    • Lobby and entrance areas
    • Restrooms
    • Banquet and meeting spaces
    • Fitness center and pool
    • Parking areas
    • Elevators and landings
    • Staff rooms and offices
  • Performing basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing and troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrating exceptional time management and multitasking abilities, especially when addressing guest needs.
  • Responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Assisting with additional housekeeping duties as required.
  • Completing all necessary training as per brand standards.
  • Maintaining knowledge of our facilities and services to assist guests effectively.
  • Conducting thorough cleaning of furniture, windows, and fixtures.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues observed in public areas.
  • Being flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Supporting other departments as needed and participating in cross-training opportunities.
