About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and maintenance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site walks to identify potential maintenance issues and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assist with the completion of on-demand work orders and suite turnover repairs.
  • Participate in site quality control projects to maintain high standards of maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • Proven handyman experience with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Double vaccination required.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $30.
  • A Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm shift.
  • Weekly pay.
